I understand that Search Engine Optimization requires regular maintenance and that cancelling SEO services may cause undesirable effects on my search engine rankings, and I would like to cancel the SEO service for my company regardless.

I understand that the ranking improvements obtained over the duration of SEO management and SERP reporting will degrade over time if the search engine algorithms have not yet evaluated them as sticky.

I understand that PBN pages, blogs and back-link references referred to herein as “off page assets” created and maintained for me will expire over time and will not renew their positions once account is cancelled.

I understand that proprietary software was used to fetch, diagnose, and coerce search engines in the ranking of my website and that this software will no longer be licensed for use on my website.  Replacements will need to be purchased to perform SEO maintenance on pages and to maintain rankings.

I understand that my top competitors likely will have a full time search engine optimization company working for them and my competitor listings will surpass me in ranking pushing me down from my current position at the search engines.
